Holiday Cactus ‘Cristen’ (Schlumbergera truncata hybrid)
One of the best pink Schlumbergeras we grow, ‘Cristen’ is a prolific bloomer that puts on quite a show. The large pink blooms have white inner petals and it flowers heavily during the short days of late November and early December. ‘Cristen’ is a well-branched variety with a compact upright growth habit so it makes an ideal potted plant. Grow in well-drained soil in partial sun. Schlumbergera ‘Cristen’ will bloom this winter. This is commonly called Christmas Cactus in the trade.
