Living Stones (Lithops species)
This attractive South African succulent is greenish-gray or brown and accented with darker markings on the top of the fleshy leaves. Lithops are mimicry plants that look like small stones in their natural surroundings. No two are exactly alike. This is one large LIthops planted in a 2” clay pot where it can remain for several years on a sunny windowsill. Simple to grow, just water once or twice a month.
