Radermachera ‘Purple’ (Radermachera gigantea)

Clusters of 2” open-faced blooms put on quite a show with their soft pink petals and orange throats. Native to southeast Asia, ‘Purple’ is a strong grower and can be used as a foliage plant in areas of medium light since its bushy habit and shiny dark green leaves create an attractive houseplant. For successful flowering, it needs some direct sunlight and blossoms will appear throughout the summer months.
