Marie This is my first philodendron ever and it's just lovely. I'm actually not as interested in the vining habit but much prefer a more dense growth as pictured. I've only had the velvet leaf for two weeks and have made several cuttings to support a bushier habit, that are now rooted and repotted!

Jennifer Purchased on my first trip to Logee's. I had already finished my shopping when they had these displayed at the register. colorations are beautiful! One thing i learned was that if they have too much exposure they turn pink. its pretty but also causes them to fall off so I guess its not what its supposed to do. Mine was wrapped on a stake but I decided to hang mine and let down its hair. looks gorgeous hanging in a corner.
