White Bat Flower (Tacca integrifolia)
White Bat Flower has the largest flowers of all Taccas. Each flower is about 5-8" across and has long tendrils that hang from it. Once the plant is mature, flowers will bloom successively for months. Taccas have large, beautiful foliage and prefer to be grown in low light with good air circulation. Keep the soil moist but not soggy. They can be grown successfully indoors and need conditions similar to a Phalaenopsis orchid or a Spathophyllum (Peace lily). Originating in Southeast Asia, White Bat Flower is one of the most tropical and exotic plants we grow.

  1. Great size and condition Review by Robert
How do you rate this product?

I've always wanted these and just moved to where I can grow them outside. I got both the black and the white taccas and both came in way bigger and healthier than I thought, with lots of new leaves sprouting up. I can't wait for them to bloom! (Posted on 8/2/2018)

  2. FINALLY!!!! A great plant! Review by Linda
How do you rate this product?

I have been trying to grow this plant for years. I've gotten little plants elsewhere, I've gotten tubers elsewhere, I was out of options until I saw them here. I've gotten other plants from Logees, so I bit the bullet one more time. My plant arrived last week. It's huge. And it's beyond healthy. It looks like I'm going to be able to have my wish of seeing one of these blooming in my home. If anyone out there has been as frustrated as I have been, spending a lot of money just trying to find a plant that lives, you have come to the right place. With a plant like the one I received, I would have to be totally incompetent to kill it. It's a really, really healthy, large plant, and the instructions for its care are very clear. Thanks, Logees!
