Rex Begonias

Rex begonias have brilliant colors in spring on new growth. Many varieties are multicolored with unusual swirls in the foliage. The plants flower on and off throughout the year, but they are primarily grown for their beautiful foliage. Rex begonias have a resting period in winter when they do not actively grow. These begonias make ideal windowsill plants for a partially sunlit location.
