Bougainvillea ‘Fire Opal’ PP (Bougainvillea hybrid)

Fiery orange bracts engulf the dense trailing stems of this mounding compact hybrid. A sister to Bougainvillea ‘Firecracker Red,’ it flowers for us on and off all year long and its bracts hold on longer than other single flowering varieties giving it an extended period of bloom. ‘Fire Opal’ is ideal for hanging baskets with its small leaves and dense branching stems, plants can become smothered in bloom.
