Joan Hoyt I ordered 2 of these plants, and they arrived well packed, but when I took the wrapping and mulch off, one was very healthy, damp, green and in good condition, but the other one was very dried out soil, and same for most of the leaves-- brittle and brown. For a couple of days, I tried to resuscitate it, but all of what was left of the leaves dropped off, and it was almost completely dead. I contacted the company by email, and they responded within only a couple of hours. We discussed the situation, and they asked whether I wanted a refund or a replacement. When I asked if they could send a replacement, they were more than happy to do so. When the replacement arrived, it was very healthy, damp soil, green leaves, etc. It responded well when I started watering it a day or so later, and it has continued to thrive every since. It's going to be a lovely plant.
So I can assure you that not only are Logee's plants excellent, but so is their Customer Service! One could not hope for more from any company! I will continue purchasing plants from Logee's, knowing I will receive more than my money's worth! Thank you, Logee's!

Jean-Marie Reynolds I left a 1star review earlier. I ordered a “Wow” streptocarpus and it was small, had brown dead leaves and generally looked awful. I sent an email to Logees asking for a replacement plant. I got no reply. I was upset because I thought I was being ignored. When I got an email from Logees asking to leave a review, well, I didn’t hold back.
Apparently my review got noticed. A replacement plant was sent out and it’s 1,000 times better. It’s a good size, no brown, limp leaves and it’s even blossoming.
I ordered a Columnea “Early Bird” at the same time as the strep and it’s fine. It’s a nice size, healthy and doing well.
I’m happy with my replacement plant. I wish the first plant had been healthy but things happen I guess.
