I left a 1star review earlier. I ordered a “Wow” streptocarpus and it was small, had brown dead leaves and generally looked awful. I sent an email to Logees asking for a replacement plant. I got no reply. I was upset because I thought I was being ignored. When I got an email from Logees asking to leave a review, well, I didn’t hold back.
Apparently my review got noticed. A replacement plant was sent out and it’s 1,000 times better. It’s a good size, no brown, limp leaves and it’s even blossoming.
I ordered a Columnea “Early Bird” at the same time as the strep and it’s fine. It’s a nice size, healthy and doing well.
I’m happy with my replacement plant. I wish the first plant had been healthy but things happen I guess.
