Double Golden Allamanda (Allamanda cathartica ‘Stansill’s Double’)
Brilliant, double yellow blossoms appear freely on this tropical climber that’s known as ‘Stansill’s Double’. The lightly fragrant, 3” flowers emerge in clusters from spring to fall. It’s a stiff-stemmed climber that needs some support and loves a warm sunny growing area. Like most Allamandas, it likes a little dryness between waterings and takes well to pruning when needed.
