Hops ‘AlphAroma’ (Humulus lupulus hybrid)

This rare, all-purpose, New Zealand hops is considered a super alpha aroma variety with an acidity content of 5.8-10.9% so it’s a dual-purpose hops for pale ales to lagers and imparts the flavors of citrus and tropical fruits. Provide a fence, arbor or trellis for support since it grows to 14’ long with many side branches that reach 2-4’ in length. ‘AlphAroma’ is a high yielding variety with excellent storage quality. Hops also make an attractive living screen for a garden area.
