jeff I ordered two kava plants and they look great. I received them two weeks ago, and transplanted them into larger pots. They are already sprouting new leaves.

Kenneth I recently purchased this amazing plant. The packaging was top notch. The plant arrived in great condition, and free from pests. Overall quality was impressive. This plant is currently thriving in my indoor greenhouse. Be sure to do your homework as this is not a rare find you want to carelessly lose.

Gerard Just wanted to fill in for potentials assuming this is some junk or "tudei" or non noble varietal; you would be sorely mistaken. This beautiful Hawaiian piper is one of the premier Noble strains preferred by and reserved for the "nobles" or Polynesian rulers of old times. The original clones were brought on the canoes from the Vanuatu area during hominid expansion and henceforth, the chemotypes are the same in these as in Fijian, Tonga, and Vanuatuan kavas. This is one of the best and prettiest kavas, featuring a gorgeous nodal expression shape and color-wise (kava's fingerprint and calling card lol). You would be insane not to collect this, given the information I have elucidated...Oh on a side-note, keep it in a very high humidity area; it doesn't like being exposed to regular humidity, it wants near 100%, as per it's wet, tropical, high humidity origins. For a special consideration, UV exposure maximizes the efficiency with which the plant inspires dreaminess, so put it in a protected dome that is wett-ed or sprayed on the inside in the best sun it can handle (optimally checking for plastic type to maximize UV penetration). keep temperature below maybe 95 or 90 F (greenhouse effect needs to be managed).

Gerard This is top quality. Large, maybe a foot tall, for the 2.5" pot I think? Obviously a hydro rooted clone/cutting. Very satisfied. No brainer purchase. This plant is extremely valuable and we are lucky to be able to purchase it here. Non existent on the internet because of lame laws and genetic hoarding. Enjoy.

Travis This was purchased to be placed in a window here in central texas. It seems a healthy plant and give nice shades of dark green on the leaves and a brown red on the stem. All parts of the visible plant seems to have an almost plastic look, which can be cool. One thing to be noted this plant is a favorite of spider mites and if you have them already i would deal with that before you purchase a Kava Kava. Over all a great purchase if you are interested in a more rare Piper
