Peperomia ‘Ruby Glow’ (Peperomia graveolens)
This colorful succulent is native to Peru and Ecuador and it makes an easy-to-grow plant for the indoor garden. The V-shaped leaves are green on the top and burgundy-red underneath. The plant’s stems are burgundy as well. In summer, a flower spike emerges with tiny yellowish-white flowers that have a foul odor if you come close and sniff. Grow in full to partial sun on a windowsill and make sure the soil dries out between watering.
